RETURNS

Prefer a different size, color, or isn't your Nijdam product quite what you expected? No problem at all! You can return the product to us within 14 days.

We understand that sizes can differ sometimes. Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges at the moment. But no worries! Here's what you can do: simply place a new order for the correct size and return the incorrect size to us according to our returns policy.

FOLLOW THE STEPS!

Step 1: Fill out our return form here : https://forms.office.com/e/GdGtZhCDcC and print the form.

Step 2: Pack your unused Nijdam products together with the original packing slip and the printed return form in the original product packaging, and place it in a sturdy shipping box.

Step 3: Write our adress on the package: Nijdam.com t.a.v. Cecil, Plesmanstraat 4, 4143 HL, Leerdam and bring it to a drop off point near you.

Don't forget to mention your own adress as sender of the parcel (in case delivery partner cannot deliver your parcel)

You're Done !

Step 4: You will receive a message from us as soon as we have received your returns.

Step 5: The Nijdam team checks the products

Step 6 : Is everything OK? Then we will refund your full purchase amount* within 14 days via the payment method you used.

*The shipping costs of returns will not be refunded

NIJDAM TIP!

Pack your return well to avoid any damage to the product. We kindly ask you to use the shipping materials in which you received your Nijdam products. These are of good quality and are definitely suitable to use again. In this way you not only save time and materials, you’re saving the environment as you go! ?
